1. HEI needs to provide the final-semester results, for AY2022-23 published, by the affiliating university only “HIGHLIGHTING” the names of students who have passed their final semester examination in the minimum stipulated period, and excluding backlog students, of the following programs: i. COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING ii. INFORMATION SCIENCE & ENGINEERING 2. For all the students who meet the above-mentioned, i.e. para 1 clause, HEI needs to provide a separate list specifically mentioning the following details: i. the name, ii. registration number, iii. registration date, and vi. date of birth, only for the above-mentioned programs. HEI is requested to follow the sequence which is followed university result gazette. 3. The attendance sheets of students marked for any two courses in January 2023, and only in the case January was off for some reason then in December 2022, of the following programs of AY2022-23: i. COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERING (final semester) ii. INFORMATION SCIENCE & ENGINEERING (final semester)
