          DVV\u2019s Observation: [HEI was organizing a \u201cRALLY FOR AVOIDING THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS\u201d, DVV failed to understand in what way a rally contributes. Events that either served their own students or awareness programs or activities of celebrations, do not hold the essence of this metric. The second observation is about the papers’ publication which will be considered only if these were published in SCPUS index journals. ];;<\/p>

                  HEI needs to provide, only for the financial year 2021-22, the following evidence:<\/p>

                  1. Copies of MoUs\/collaboration-related documents on valid stamp paper or e-stamp paper,<\/li>
